In true monotheism there can be no forces of any kind that can challenge God!

There are no such things as Devils and Antichrists because everything was created by God, and therefore nothing can challenge God.  The ideal of Devils and Antichrists is nowhere to be found in Judaism.  It was simply adopted by Christianity from various pagan religions, such as the dualistic religion of Zoroastrianism.

The original followers of Jesus weren't the so-called Church of Christ or the Roman Catholic Church.  They were two entirely different groups, the first was the Ebionites, aka the Poor Ones, and the second was the Nazarenes.  The Nazarenes are not to be confused with the modern day Christian Church that calls themselves the Church of the Nazarene.

If Nero would not have led such strong persecutions against the original followers of Jesus, there would be no Christianity as you know it to day.  Christianity would have remained a small sect in Judaism, and would have eventually died out just like the other messianic movements of the day.  If it wasn't for the fiddle playing arsonist there would be no Easter, and there would be no Christmas.
